The situation
DISQO went through two complete rebrands in a crowded ad-measurement category. After the agency relationship ended, leadership asked whether the first could be done in-house, and I recommended yes. The second was tied to a confidential product launch with no time for an agency search and no room to slip the date: seven weeks, a developer, and a marketing ops partner.
The result
Contributed to 50%+ YoY revenue growth on the AdTech line (2023–2024). Saved $150K+ on the first rebrand by taking it in-house. Delivered the second in seven weeks without slipping the launch date.

“Her impact went far beyond creative execution — Megan helped shape how we showed up in the fast-moving advertising measurement space and how we articulated our value to the market. Her work did not live in a design vacuum; it drove real business outcomes, supporting year-over-year revenue growth of more than 50% on the AdTech side of the business. Any organization looking to clarify its story, elevate its brand, and connect creative work directly to business outcomes would be fortunate to have her.”
— David Grabert, CMO, CGSWhat I built
A complete brand system and guidelines: color system, pattern language, text-as-visual direction, and placement rules that keep the brand consistent across the website, paid ads, app reskins, office environments, and booth production. I moved a multicolored brand to a tighter, cleaner identity that stays distinctive in the category, working with only a developer and a marketing ops partner.
Bringing it to market
Launching at Programmaic I/O along with an industry-disrupting product, the new brand came alive through a new website, OOH & digital ads, video, swag, and other channels.
