work: AI-Powered Brand System

Self-Service Content at Scale

The situation

Creative Director, DISQO · Built in Claude

Every non-designer on the team needed branded slides and one-pagers, and every one of them was landing on Marketing's desk — manual copy-paste into templates, one at a time, regardless of how high or low the stakes actually were.

Built in Claude • 80% brand-ready in one pass • Hours saved per deliverable per person

The result

Hours saved on every non-designer deliverable, a creative team freed to focus on the work that actually needs a designer, and a brand system durable enough to run itself — the same "brand architecture that scales" thinking behind DISQO's rebrand, applied to workflow instead of visual identity.

Self-service org-wide • Creative team refocused on high-impact work

Bringing it to market

Rolled out across the org so teammates could self-serve their own external and internal deliverables. Marketing stayed hands-on only where it mattered most (i.e. high-business-impact projects) protecting brand and message quality exactly where the stakes justified it, while releasing everything else back to the teams that needed it fast.

Before: manual template copy-paste. After: self-service, brand-aligned output

What I built

A Claude-based design system with guides for different content types, capable of taking anything from plain text to Claude-generated visuals and formatting it into near-brand-standard slides and one-pagers that get colleagues roughly 80% of the way to approved, on-brand content without a designer touching it first.
