About
I'm a Creative Director working across brand, graphic design, motion, photography, and web, with experience across B2B, tech, and product-driven teams. At DISQO, I've carried full VP-level brand responsibility—two complete rebrands, board and C-suite communications, and a confidential product launch executed largely solo—work that's contributed to 50%+ YoY revenue growth and $150K+ in cost savings.
My work sits at the intersection of craft and structure—partnering with marketing, product, and leadership to translate complex ideas into thoughtful, usable design. I still love to open a design file myself.
how i work
I approach creative direction as a problem-solving discipline. The goal is not just to make something look good, but to make it useful, consistent, and durable. In practice, that’s:
Clarifying the problem before designing the solution
Building systems rather than one-off expressions
Making intentional choices that balance creativity and consistency
Collaborating closely across functions to align on goals and constraints
Experience
My career has moved fluidly across disciplines and contexts, from hands-on design work to leading creative systems inside growing organizations. I've worked on brand identity, campaigns, content, and digital experiences across B2B, tech, and product-driven teams. Alongside full-time roles, I've done selective independent creative direction for 30+ B2B and B2C clients. As my scope has grown, so has my focus on:
Long-term brand stewardship
Designing for scale and adoption
Supporting teams with clear frameworks and tools
